Code Encryptor – Invented product, managed life cycle, value engineered product and continue sales for over 18 years.  Life time sales over $62M

IIOT Development

HVAC temperature control and occupant monitoring system for energy savings in Hotel rooms.

IOT Development

Built edge sensors to integrate with IFTTT hub. Sensors to notify home owners when a latchkey child came home. Notification sensors:  Sent message when liquor cabinet was opened while parents were not home. 

Designed and Patented Hardwire to wireless bridge at 345 Mhz.  Solved the need of Dealers for taking over old hardware and integrating into new hardware.  Product was responsible for retaining 2 of Honeywell’s top 6 Security customers.

Built first Z-Wave bridge between Home Security and HVAC systems. (Patented)

Developed Honeywell’s first Zwave thermostat, ZWAVE T5 Thermostat, $4M sales in first year

Integrated Honeywell Z-wave thermostat with Honeywell alarm panel. 

Designed and developed Wireless lighting module

Developed and marketed first wireless Radio Frequency Power Point remote – Power Presenter

Developed ODM Wireless rain sensor for Rainbird corporation.
